SHIPPING

Most Saint Vagabond pieces are made to order. If pieces are in stock they can be shipped within 1-3 days, but in most cases these items are made just for you. Please allow 1-2 weeks to complete and ship your order. If you have special time constraints or other inquiries please send an email to: info@saintvagabond.com

We ship domestically through USPS standard delivery which takes 3-7 days and USPS priority shipping which takes 1-3 days (option chosen at checkout). Foreign shipping is offered through USPS and UPS, as chosen at checkout. Delivery times will vary based on selected country. You will be emailed tracking information once the package is sent. 

RETURNS

Of course we hope you fall in love with your Saint Vagabond pieces, however, if you’d like to make a return, you have 14 days from receipt of your package to claim a refund, receive a store credit or exchange for another style. We are able to accept returns only of unused jewelry in the same condition as it was received. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on any custom orders or custom sizes. Gift cards and items labeled "final sale" are not returnable. Email info@saintvagabond.com to begin the process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not able to guarantee your shipment.

CUSTOM ORDERS, SIZES & METALS

Most of our rings can be made into any size as well as our chain linked bracelets and necklaces. Most designs can be custom ordered in alternate precious metals including 10k, 14k and 18k gold. Prices in gold will vary dependent on the item and design and fluctuates based on the market value. RING SIZE

We recommend going to a jeweler to have your finger professionally sized. You can also purchase an inexpensive sizing tool online. If you need a different size than is offered on our site please email info@saintvagabond.com and we'll be happy to advise you.

CLEANING AND CARE

Storing your jewelry in silver cloth bags will help minimize tarnish and oxidation. Washing jewelry in warm water with mild dish soap will keep your pieces nice and shiny- use a soft bristled tooth brush for more vigorous cleaning. Silver cloths will remove tarnish from both silver and bronze. Bronze WILL tarnish faster than silver, and will usually need to be cleaned more often. Refrain from using chemical cleaners as these can damage stones and remove patina. Wearing your jewelry in swimming pools is not recommended! REPAIRS

Every piece of Saint Vagabond jewelry is made with attention to detail and love. Should any breakage occur we are happy to repair it. This is complimentary for the first year after purchase and has a small fee after that, dependant on the level of work needed. Shipping to us is the responsibly of the customer and we will cover shipping back to you.
